Welcome to Living Light and Free, where our purpose is to support others as they find success in their careers and homelife. As a veteran teacher, I know what is means to live in a place of constriction, limited by time, energy, and resources. I was grateful to find out that life does not need to be this way, in fact, it should not!
Our primary modalities include transformational life coaching and Prophetic Heart Healing. Both modalies target patterns of thinking and living that prevent the kind of life you may desire.

My experience with Prophetic Heart Healing with Melissa was helpful because it did ease my angst in the situations discussed and helped me to decipher thoughts that would arise . It was a refreshing reminder to understand that God will bring love, positivity and light to the matters of your heart , not condemnation or negativity. It was the intentional connection during quiet moments on how to decipher God’s voice and lean into the goodness I felt during the sessions that I found helpful. Melissa has a genuine , very loving way of interacting which allows you to be vulnerable and not feel judgment . I loved , loved getting feedback at the end from her . Getting her interpretation of what God was conveying and this interpretation was also shared from our prayer intercessor. That meant a lot. I think these sessions can be beneficial to give yourself a bit more understanding on a way to connect with the Holy Spirt and what our Father God is trying to communicate to you.
